Key Responsibilities:

• Package cannabis flower and pre-rolls accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain rigorous standards in labeling and packaging, ensuring all products are ready for distribution.
• Uphold a clean and organized workspace to comply with sanitation and quality regulations.
• Manage time effectively to meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality output.
• Adjust quickly to changes in packaging techniques, company policies, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• IIC Card required for handling Adult Use Cannabis
• No felony convictions; must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately over an 8-hour work period.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with supervisors and co-workers in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and advance within the company.

Work Environment:

• Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Expected hours: 40 per week
